To moderate comments on Vuukle, you should first turn on the moderation of comments in the Vuukle admin dashboard.
After that, on the main page choose a site that you want to moderate comments for, and select Moderation from the menu.
Using options, filters you can manipulate with various options of your comments. When your comments are listed, you can choose which comment to approve or reject, block specific commenters, tag or edit comments.
You can search your comments using different criteria and export your comments to the .xlsx file.

- On the main page, choose the site where you want to moderate comments and choose Moderation. You can also move to the “Moderation” page through the Top Navigation Bar. Just click on the “Moderation” button at the top of the page
- In the “25 items” section, you can choose how many comments to show on the page.
- You can choose a category of comments you want to view by clicking on the corresponding button - Pending/Approved/Rejected/Flagged. You can filter your article list by tags or filter by clicking on the “Search by” button and choose the category you needed - Article ID, Title, Email, Moderator Email, Comment, Name, Toxicity score, Spam score, Device, Operating System, Browser, Country, Contains links.
- Under each comment, you have options that allow you to go to the article where the comment is written, reply on a comment or forward the comment using your mail client or edit a comment
- You can search comments by clicking on the “Search by” button. Then choose the category you needed. After that fill with data in the “Search” field and click on the “Enter” button on your keyboard.
- Clicking on the arrow beside commenters’ name and email address, you can either block the IP address or email address of that commenter or whitelist the user’s email
- You can export your comments in .xlsx by clicking on the “Export to Excel” button.
- Clicking on the Select date range field you can choose how old comments should be
To approve or reject comments, go to the home page of your admin dashboard, choose the site you wish to moderate comments on, and choose Moderation. Select Pending comments. Click on the “Approve” or “Reject” button on the bottom right side of each comment. You can also mark few or all comments using checkboxes and click on the”Approve All” or “Reject all” button that will show on top of listed comments.
