Why can't I comment?

If you are unable to submit a comment or see an error after attempting to submit a comment it could be any one of the following reasons below.

Browser Cache Issue

This simply means the browser you’re using saved / cached some settings that may be conflicting with your Vuukle account. To fix this, all you need to clear your browser’s cache.

To clear your browser’s cache, select your browser below for the step by step instructions. The log back into your account and try to comment.

If this still doesn’t work, check the other possible reasons below. If those do not apply to you, please email us a screenshot of the error at support@vuukle.com so we can look further into the issue.



Comment Was Sent to Moderation

Your comment may not be posted because it was sent to moderation to a moderation queue.
